NFT support on IOTA L1

Last updated 1 year ago

The "NFT" menu in the Bivreost wallet allows you to manage your NFT collections. On this page you will see a list of your NFTs, represented by large icons, two in a row. Pay attention to the top panel, where there is a "Get" button on the right. It allows you to quickly copy the receiving address or scan the QR code. It is important to note that Bivreost only supports NFTs on the IOTA L1 network. This network does not charge fees for sending NFTs, instead it uses a payment escrow system.

Let's imagine a situation where you send an NFT to another address. In this case, you provide it with 0.25 IOTA when sending. If the recipient of this NFT decides to burn it, they will receive the collateral amount.

If you select a specific NFT, a page will open to view it. Here you will be able to see the description of the NFT if it exists, as well as submit it.
